NOTE:
Occasionally Marion and/or I will write a little about my selected bookings.
Private bookings are, of course, not listed.
Due to security concerns, and to respect the privacy of my clients, we will be limiting the particular details for some public bookings.
We always want to thank you for visiting!
February 2012
Marion: Tom Sadge will be performing as Neil Diamond for Legends In Concert during selected dates in February. Stay tuned!
January 2012
Marion: Tom's performances during January were either sold-out or private.
His show for a Manchester NJ community sold-out and he has added a second show the next day. This is not unusual for Tom! These are SOLO (without a tribute band) performances and are both economical for the purchaser and a huge hit with audiences.
In early January Tom Sadge wrapped up a six week booking in Atlantic City where he performed his Neil Diamond impersonation at Bally's. His Neil Diamond impersonation was a huge hit for the Legends in Concert Christmas / Holiday Show. Other top impersonators featured Elvis, The Temptations, Aretha Franklin, Celion Dion and a Dolly Parton impersonator, as well. Shows were sold-out almost every night and Tom received many standing ovations. For those who traveled to see him perform in my favorite city (other than my hometown of Pittston), thank you.
December 2011
Tom: We had a wonderful Christmas with our families - including our own little family which now includes a grandson! Christmas Eve was spent with Marion's side of the family - a very large party, to be sure. Later Marion and I attended Midnight Mass which was beautiful and more meaningful because our daughter, Therese, was one of the chosen altar servers.
On Christmas Day Marion, I and Therese hosted the holiday dinner at our home. Our son, Fred, his wife, Katrina and Katrina's wonderful parents (and our close friends) Ed and Andrea were our guests for the evening. Marion & Therese cooked, baked and cleaned for two days and I pitched in with the cleaning and errand running. Later in the evening we attended a small get together at my mother's house. Mom is now 87 and still going strong.
I hope all of our friends out there had as wonderful a holiday week as did we.
Marion: Tom performed to two sold-out shows in Bridgeport, CT this past weekend. The Downtown Cabaret Theatre is beautiful and the audience was super. You can see Tom performing with one of this tribute bands in the photo at the top of our page. Special thanks to Hugh for the great hospitality and photos.
Tom: Christmas will be here in just days. Marion and I are getting into the spirit of this very special holiday. While I've been away during much of December Marion has been busy decorating our home and getting the tree up and decorated. Santa will be making a special visit to our home this year to bring gifts for our new grandson.
December also means private parties and Christmas shows. Maybe I'll see you at one soon! I will primarily be performing on the east coast.
November 2011
Happy Thanksgiving to all our friends.
Marion and I will be celebrating with family and loved ones. This year is even more special as we celebrate our grandson's first birthday along with his other grandparents: good food, good people, what more could anyone want. God bless us all.
Upcoming bookings include Delaware and New Jersey. Travel safely and enjoy!
Tom returned recently from performing at a theater in Wisconsin, as mentioned previously. The next weekend, and for the next few weeks, he will be performing at private parties - including on near our home in Scranton, PA.
We keep busy taking care of not only his future bookings, but with keeping up with our family. Now that we are grandparents our days are even more hectic!
Upcoming public bookings are in Connecticut and Delaware. See some of you there!
October 2011
All weekends were busy during October - most with private parties (birthday and anniversary celebrations as well as two fundraisers).
As I write, Tom is on his way home from Wisconsin after performing at a theater there. It's beginning to snow here - unbelievable. Just last week we had our windows opened and were outside walking in the sunshine. But that's Autumn in the Northeast.

As I have many times before, in mid-September I flew into the Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix, AZ to begin an extended booking in the Casino Arizona production show: Showstoppers Live. This time, however, was a little different: I won't be going back anytime soon.
Showstoppers Live's long run will end with the 2011 Holiday Show.
Being 3000 miles from Marion and the family for weeks at a time was difficult.
But I understand that is part of show business. On the plus side, performing regularly in the show for the past 6 1/2 years gave me invaluable experience and a broader following. I want to thank Mike & Jan Moloney for that invaluable opportunity.
September 2011
The first days of Fall are here. You wouldn't know it by the weather. If only it would continue - especially for the road trips I have planned up North for private parties. I just returned from one and will be entertaining at another event soon.
Where did the summer go? I was on the road for many private and public bookings. It's always a nice experience to see other cities, but even more enjoyable in good weather.
Sadly, many in our area had damaged homes and property as a result of the devastating flood which hit the Northeast last week. The Susquehanna crested above flood level. The homes near the levees sustained minimal damage. But many of our friends and acquaintances were not as lucky. Duryea, West Pittston, Bloomsburg, Meshoppen and other areas were hard hit.
Marion and I want to extend our sympathy and well wishes to the Flood of 2011 victims.
August 2011
Last minute booking? Marion and I have decided to offer discounted rates for bookings within a reasonable driving distance of Scranton, PA and for last minute (within 60 days) bookings. The idea was to allow us more family time - we're grandparents now!
Obviously, the idea worked. I've been very busy on the weekends with private parties and events mainly on the East Coast.
Isn't it hard to believe that summer's official end is almost here? Marion and I wish you a happy Labor Day. If you are hitting the road, drive safely.
During August I performed at private weekend events in:
-
Allentown, PA
-
Long Island,NY
-
Manhattan / New York CIty
-
Quakertown, PA
-
Chester NJ
